Jack Hittrich

Jack has practiced primarily family law for over 27 years. He has appeared at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, Rick v. Brandsema 2009 SCC 9.  Recently, Jack litigated and won against the Ministry of Children and Family Development in B.C. in a case where his client, a mother of four children, was dismissed as having a mental health issue when she asked the MCFD to protect the children.  Instead, they allowed the father to molest them.  This was a 92 day trial, JP v BG 2012 BCSC 938, which is currently before the Court of Appeal of B.C.
